I love it, this is very cute, i like the eyes, the hair and the clothes, you didn't use shadows and lights, but the drawing looks very good like this way and i feel that this don't need shadows and lights to look good, and that is very nice. I love the way that you make the ''cat'' above him, it looks pretty cool,, it makes you understand the feeling of ''fear'' he feels.
Now, something that i think could be better, is the background, i think it can be more complete, like dark eagles in the sky, terrifying trees with dark colors and, in some parts, lively colors that keep the cute part of This drawing (like the chibi). This is just my idea, and you don't have to do this if you don't want, but i think if the background have more colors, the drawing would be a little bit more attractive.
I love the design of the character by the way, the gloves remind me at the gloves of mickey xD, and i have two questions for you. What is he holding in the hand?, and What is the structure begind him? I really want to know ;--; .
