Description 01.2015, traditional drawing with ballpen

Some word about it. All of these animals were drawn without pencil sketch. It is a sketch with ballpen. While I am drawing my aliens sketches, basically I start with simple form like ellipse. In my free moments I am sketching animals that way to learn more about shapes of creatures known on Earth. I wanted to share it with You cause I think this method can be helpful.

HOW TO USE IT?
Take a look at cat - top left side. Do You see three ellipses? These are three basic shapes I found in the sitting cat. If You take a closer look to other animals, You'd find similiar ellipses in every of them. I was drawing them from reference photos (book about animals) - looking at animals and finding their "main shape", their solid. I wanted it to be the most simple it could be, cause every animal was drawn really fast (about a minute, two maybe).

Cause it is really easy try it ^^ I drew them from photos. Looking at photo I searched for the "heaviest" parts (with the most of animal's mass) - there I put the ellipse and around that I drawn everything else Like I was building animal around the ellipses (in my head it is in 3d space so I see it more like a sphere

A jak reszta zwierzaków i sama metoda? Mam tego więcej i jeszcze więcej naprodukuję, ale samą metodą chciałam się podzielić, bo jest "szybka i skuteczna" ^^

Tukanek to mój personal fav. Maźnął się "tak o" jedną linią w zasadzie, jak pokazywałam tę metodę koleżance Mam chyba też sentyment do modliszki. Te jej nóżki mają coś fajnego, są takie inne niż ssaków.

Potestuj Bardzo fajna jest i bardzo szybko się tak rysuje. Ja tej metody używam do konstruowania stworów w innych planet, dlatego teraz badam tak zwierzęta, coby sobie poszerzyć koncepcyjne możliwości (wgrać więcej ustawień kulek do głowy XD)

Hehehe, ja tak mówię XD hehehe, to jest jak grywanie programu do komputera tylko trwa... wolniej :/ XDDDDDD tak ileśtam powtórzeń hahahah i program wgrany XD musi się "wdrukować" XD

Sketching is not very pupular on DA (sketching tutorials also), but in my opinion (as in opinion of many fantasy artists) good sketch is a beginning of good art So... I am sooooo glad that someone find it helpful.
