A little tribute to Bruce Coville and his beautiful, wonderful, magical Unicorn Chronicles series. Not only was Terence's story partly inspired by this series (so it wasn't just Peter S. Beagle and The Last Unicorn) but this is where I got my DA username in the beginning. The unicorn is Arabella Skydancer, Queen of Luster and the smallest, oldest, and wisest of all the unicorns in her realm.

Give that series a try if you haven't already. This specific scene comes from the first chapter of book 2, Song of the Wanderer (there are four books total).
