Another updated ref sheet of my third Great mouse detective OC villain. This time is Mr Rating.

Backstory: In 1992, when Rating was 8, he revealed his talent. He himself learned to sing and dance. In 2004, when Rating was 20, he learned from his parents that his twice removed uncle was famous rockstar named Mr Ratigan the Fluffy star. During 10 years he showed his singing and dacing skills and became superstar just like Ratigan. Also he got second name - Fluffy star. In 2014 adult 30-year-old Rating decided to take revenge to Basil's descendants whose ancestor killed Ratigan. Intuition said to Rating that in London lived descendants of Basil. To make sure of this, he carried out mass crimes. When Gus the Basil's grandson arrived in capital of USA, he was kidnapped by Rating's henchman named Diesel. Learning that Gus has family in London, Rating decided to go there and destroy them in order to stop existence of line of Basil's descendants and continue line of blood relatives of Ratigan. But his plan wasn't destined to come true because son of Gus named Deb rescued his family by killing Rating in deadly fight.
