So If Ink and Error get together, in the shipping version because it's not cannon, wouldn't that mean Pale and Template at least feel SOMETHING towards each other? Or would they avoid all of those emotions in order to be different from their counterparts?

Hmm, I am trying to take solely reference from the canon - which is mixed with my own interpretation. Since they are NOT a ship in canon, they are also not a ship here. However, I won't stop anyone for shipping them for obvious reasons. That's be quite hypocritical of me, right? I mean it's still cute and if people can make it work, they can absolutely ship them.
