Description
This is an exploded view diagram of the components inside the top cranial port of the Terminator skull.It was featured in the 2015 Extended Edition of Terminator 2.
He basically explains how to shut himself off.
Also featured in the deleted scene is the Terminator boot screen:

Which explains why the Terminator in the sequel identifies himself as "Cyberdyne Systems Model 101" to John Connor by omitting his serial designation and version (probably the operating system for the central processor).
