I have a question (since I'd love to be an illustrator myself one day) are your lines digital or done in ink and then colored in photoshop? They look hand-drawn to me but maybe you're just that good with a tablet.
Also, did you use a texture on the wall? It sort of looks painted digitally but then sort of like a combo of painting and texture. Either way it looks great

This drawing was first draw with pencil and then digitally inked in photoshop. I use a hard brush, point size 5, to ink over everything, then I go over key areas a second time with a thicker brush, typically a size 9.
And yes, there is a texture on the wall and the floor. I used a free photo textures, manipulated them, and then lowered the opacity to only about 8 or 10.

Your digital lines are great! Most people have a very digital look to their photoshopped lines but yours still have all the charm of the original pencil lines. Nice work
