Description
Well this is the first picture i submit from my a new optical microscop.Its a glass tube sealing in amber glass seen in cross section with transmited light. Magnification x40.

Actually I'm responsible for several microscope in my job. This picture was taken during the preparation of a sample of a product analysis

The texture has been the first reason for taking this picture, in general I don't take picture of samples during preparation...

You're right, it's exactly that To be more precise it's a section of glass during early stage of polishing process, the darker area is not glass but resin to keep the sample in one piece

Euh ouais c'est certains que d'un point de vue graphique c'est sympa... Maintenant il m'a fally reprendre l'échantillon derrière car comme ça c'était pas utilisable pour bosser correctement... Les affres du boulot en labo quoi....
