By the way, I love the photo, such a surreal ambiance.
I want to go to Japan, seems an alien world to me.

It was alien. The city people especially. Rural/small town folk seemed more normal. I tell you, a hole in the ground for a toilet feels really good after a while of automated butt-washing, song-singing toilets. But I'm no expert on this subject. Just a tourist. I can squeeze out a arigato and stick in a ramen every now and then but that's about it.

Singing toilets? Ha! A friend told me about a toilet someplace in Europe. It was a pair of brass treads in the shape of feet, bolted to the ground, with a hole behind it.

Primus on acid, my favorite thing four o'clock in the afternoon. The video truly compliments the "music", I appreciate that.

I thought the horse might be related to your unicorn persona.
Fursona? That scene doesn't clique with me.
Double acid then, I think Claypool already dosed at 4AM.

In another universe, this is what Amélie Poulain discovers about the photo booth!

Maybe in another universe I would watch Amélie (13 years without it and still going strong)

I'm not sure about it's originality, but it certainly has special meaning for me. I took this in Kioto, and now that I look back at that whole Japan experience (traveled around there quite a lot), this photo seems to sum it all up in a creepy way.
Most of my reactions and observations were quite common for a westerner and a first timer in Japan: the people seemed to all look the same, barely anybody spoke a word of english (needless to say anything about guideposts, signs, announcements from speakers etc.), I felt that I mostly got treated like a unicorn (special but weird, arcane & possibly has magic powers?), overall I frequently got the feeling that I've mistakenly landed to a realm outside this galaxy.
Oh well. Despite all of that, the trip was a total success and I felt that I've learnt a lot. Japan has it's own special place in my tiny, black heart Oh! And operating that photo booth was a bitch
Thank you
