The power of the Gauntlet of the Sky, DragonForce.
Gives the user the power to partially-manipulate wind, rain, and gravity.

Only chosen individuals may don the power of the Gauntlet, hence, the gauntlet itself has a mind of its own; it may dis-attach itself from the current user if they no longer find the user worthy of its power.

The thing he is holding is the Gem of the Sky, created by the gauntlet to absorb a surrounding space to charge the gauntlet, enabling it to unleash attacks.

On the other hand is the "unfinished" Evening Star sword, it is unfinished because Ryuuto has not yet fully understood the summoning phase of said weapon

Note: Both the Gauntlet & the sword's name are a reference to the music band DragonForce.
