NOTE:
After downloading the archive, you should:
    - Right Click on the archive
  - Select "Properties"
  - and click "Unblock" button (If you haven't this button - you can close ''Properties" window and unpack the archive)

For working in Pmd Editor you need:
.NET Framework4.0
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
DirectX End-User Runtime

there're several versions of DirectX
some of them are not compatible with PMD Editor
install the above mentioned DirectX
if PMD Editor still does not work, install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
Note (2):
- シェーダモデル2.0以上のグラフィック機能(推奨)
- some PCs cannot run PMD Editor
