I do not know how accurate that translation is so here’s the original message in English.
Do you speak English?
Read the description again. It lists the requirements for your computer. If you don’t speak English, you can use Google Translator, like I’m doing now, as I don’t speak Spanish.
If your issue is not related to system requirements, then I have a few follow-up questions.
• Is your locale set to Japanese? If your locale isn’t set to Japanese then your computer will not be able to read the Japanese characters, and so the program won’t run properly, if at all.
• Did you unblock the file before extracting it? Sometimes your computer might “block” files and it prevents them from working. If this is your issue, right-click the .zip file and unblock it– you may need an administrator password.

but my pc has not configured the Japanese language but I still understand
and it ise all even with the english language, but I reject the program or tell me that it is not for 32bit or just opens a window, and I do not get the option to unlock the file
