I tried following the steps closely but when I tested the model in MMD, about 90% of the textures are null and have gone white. Is there some way to fix this?? Please help DX

Sometimes that happens with renaming or moving the pmx/pmd file from where your textures are located.Β

Check the PmxEditer tabs and go to where the material tab is. (If your pmx is in english) Click on each material you can't see, go to the Tex box. And look at the file location at the same time. Check to see if there's a typo error. Sometimes it can be as little as having something lowercase missed a letter or a number. Or it's the wrong file format like most is usual png or bmp or tga. Sometimes, you actually gotta type "blahTexture.png" and makes sure it matches inside the file. or if it's in a inner file from your where your model is sometimes it's "File/blahTexture.png"Β

I tried exporting my pmx model to pmd... it was succesful in converting, but all of my textures for the model stopped working. What do I do?

That happens to mine but I know how to fix it, if the model that's white right now is a pmx file then edit the format and change it to pmd or vise versa Example: say this whole model is just white
------> examlpemodel.pmx just click on it to change its name to this, examplemodel.pmd <-----, if you have pmd editor downloaded then after you change it to pmd it will just be the models name not this examplemodel.pmd

OMG!!! thank you soooo much! ive had such trouble with pmx, and theres barely anything for pmd, but now, i dont have to worry(at least, not as much. like you said, some things will turn backwards or so(of if that wasnt the right word, then it just plain wont work proper, XD my vocabulary sucks, sorry.))!!! thank you!!
