BIO

"What's so hard to believe about it? We've already had demons and space dogs." Eric Goldwin asked with a cocked eyebrow.
"Well, it's best if I start from the beginning. Japan was fully into studying the monsters, and discoveries were made. But, then, one particular legend caught Kaijuologists eyes."
"What was it?"
"A giant bug living on a remote tropical island. It was a very ancient legend, so funding for the expedition was... difficult to come by. They had to make some deals they weren't proud of, and they regretted it later."
"What do you mean. Are you talking about Mothra?"
"Oh, you know about it." Tatsuo looke a bit surpirised. "How much do you know?"
"Only about the creature itself."
"Well, yes, it was Mothra that they were investigating. But, they had to agree to bring back some valuable artifacts from the island. The company funding them wasn't really interested in anything but making a profit."
"A common problem in situations like these."
Tatsuo nodded. He thought the same way.
"Well, the team that arrived discovered something so strange, so unworldly, that you might not believe it immediately."
Eric got excited. Stories were Bread and Butter for him.
"A race of tiny, like inches tall, human like beings. Or at least, the remains of their civilization. Imagine, tiny futuristic buildings, a city about 5 feet tall, things like that."
"Awesome."
"Then, two of the people came out, two tiny little shrouded figures. They called themselves the Shobijin."
"Were they friendly?"
"Surprisingly. They welcomed the scientists and everything. But, some people from the company saw some profit in these tiny people. They kidnapped the two and left the scientists for dead."
"And then?"
"The men did the one thing they could. They researched the city, hoping to find something, some way off the island. They didn't find some escape vehicle, but they did find some art on the cave walls. It provided a ray of light for them. A large, Lepidopteran ray of light."
Eric thought things were already interesting, but now it was going to get better, at least in his mind. Tatsuo continued, "There was a temple at the center of the island, one where there was a way to awaken the goddess of the Elias."
"Elias? I haven't ever heard that one before."
"It's the name of the fairies civilization. But that's all I'll say for now. The people left on the island made it to the temple with little incident. Once they arrived at the summit of this rather large, human scale temple. They found a strangle stone, with an odd sort of indentation."
Tatsuo suddenly perked up, as though he remembered something. "Actually, I have a stone with the symbol on it here. Hold on." He began to rummage through his pockets, pulling out rather strange apparel of a wide variety, before he pulled out a small, square stone. It had a shape on it very akin to a cross carved out of what appeared to be amethyst. "That's the symbol. They twisted the stone with this",indicating the stone,"on it, and then the earth started to shake. A giant red worm emerged from the forest below. It wasn't still for a moment, though. It swiftly headed off in pursuit of the people who kidnapped the fairies. That was Mothra."
"Oh man. Well, I'm assuming they were rescued, and that the name Mothra implies that it turned into a giant butterfly like creature."
"You would be right. In fact, the JSDF couldn't do anything against it in either form. It's no surprise it won without any problems. But, I think we're getting off of the subject here. You wanted to know about Godzilla, didn't you?"
"I don't mind. This is plenty interesting."
"No, this isn't what I'm supposed to be telling you. But, it makes no difference anyway, now that I think about it."
"What do you mean by that?" Eric asked, starting to get a little worried.
"Godzilla actually became active again not long after Mothra emerged, less than a year, if I remember."
"Okay, I see." Eric said with a bit of relief in his voice.
"Now, Godzilla has always been marked as being invincible, but we found out that that wasn't true. Godzilla was beaten... succesively.... IMMEDIATELY after he reemerged."
"Something BEAT Godzilla?!" Eric asked incredulously, "Who did it? How did they do it? Everyhting!! Tell me!"
"With pleasure."

This is very nice, the wings are especially pretty. I like the long body of the adult form, as well as the limbs that seem to actually be useful. The beak seems a bit tiny, but that's the only thing I can see wrong with it.
