Description I wanted to make a Tutorial to help Poser artists crate works in D|S that were more like what I have seen a lot in Poser lately. This will allow you to create glowing or sparkling effects for DAZ 2.3 and up.

So long as Gimp can handle the layers and such, I see no reason why if can't I'm not really familiar with Gimp though, unfortunately.
