I was asked to make a pixel art tutorial byWell here you go!
I'm not sure how good it is, or if it will be of any use....
It's more of a "this is how I do it" than "this is how you're supposed to do it"

It was made on Paint Tool Sai, but Photoshop also works really well. this paticular image was 95 x 125, with 75 pixel per inch resolution.

They are usually about 90-140 pixels. The numbers vary from 88-102, 121-168 though. Also, they are 72 pixels/inch resolution.
