She has spent the last few years and a great deal of her inheritance on stalking the Man of Steel. Through deep reaching connections and tremendous financial assets, she has managed to learn about Superman's alter ego and, most dangerously, about Lois Lane.

She is planning to have Lane kidnapped, tortured and killed. She will then swoop in and console Clark Kent, making the Man of Steel hers, and hers only.
