Haha. Well first, I do all my vectors in Photoshop. But if you draw it in SAI and leave the background white, save it as a PSD. Which you can do in SAI. From there, simply open it and you're done. Photoshop wil make the white transparent.

A vector is an image that can be enlarged to any size because it uses bezier curves instead of pixels (raster) type images.
