enjoyThis is a tutorial on making changing and creating BEAUTIFUL eyecolor! It is in Adobe .PDF format.
It is specially designed for Newbies - Intermediate users of Photoshop 6-CS versions. The techinique illustrated is special and i feel that even the most Advanced users of Photoshop will learn something from it. I took 3 days to make it, excuse the file size, i've included step by step Screenshots in good quality as i've went along.

This is my first try. I can't say I accomplish it 100% successfully, but I found this tutorial very useful. The brown circle outside the pupil didn't work for me. It might because of the small sizes of the eyes/and one was out of focus/ - I worked with portrait photo, not only an eye. Thank you. I'll try harder next time.
