Hitomi has gone through a lot in this battle, including several floors, walls and ceilings, in order to finally take down X-23, but her opponent still manages to look none the worse for wear? Gaddangit!

For those who might be wondering why the winner of the fight looks like she went through worse, there are a few explanations:

X-23 has a healing factor, meaning that any cuts and bruises she may have gotten during the fight would be gone in due time, so only dirt and stains would be left.

X-23 is also wearing her combat uniform, which is form fitting and is likely designed and constructed to take on worse punishment than regular clothing (that, and if she got it the same way as her teammates in the comic, it's also magical). By contrast, Hitomi's looser garments are more prone to getting caught on edges and other debris, and are more likely to suffer damage during a prolonged fight against an enemy whose primary weapon consists of metal claws...

See? I put a lot of thought into these pieces.
