Here's a collaboration with of 's Ninja Girl character. His original lines can be found here: [link]

I made some adjustments, mainly tweaking the anatomy and sword. The hair was done with a custom brush, but everything else was done with standard CS3 brushes. The sword was rendered using the pen tool, in order to get the curve just right. I know the actual ninja's sword was a straight edge, and this might be closer to a samurai's wakizashi, but the curved blade felt more dynamic.

Overall, a fun piece to work on!
