It sounds cliche but some girls (and boys) tend to savour and remember their first kiss as something to remember/treasure.

I was talking about the scene where we have a know-it-all guy who just claims her as his own without even knowing a thing about her, Kissing her, and treating as if he did nothing wrong. That's the cliché I'm talking about and see a lot in anime.

It's not just Japanese anime though. In western movies it's pretty common tropes for douchebag characters. They tend to be very narcissistic. It's played for laugh and they tend to be the bad guy or if they are the main character then they will turn for the better in the end.
