Oh since this is an old CSS, you have to download this file first. I think I put the instructions in the Read Me file included in the folder.

D: I couldn't find a way to install it... is there something I have to do??

You have to look on the left side of this deviation and click "install to journal" (or something like that)
If you want to edit some stuff after you've installed it, click the "options" tab found at the top of your journal editor.

I couldn't find the install to journal thing on mine... so i just downloaded it and grabbed the css and html codes
