While I do like having time to work and relax I appreciate that weekly might seem a but slow to some so I think I'm going to try uploading two pages on the first and last Sunday of the month at first and see if I can go faster from there.

For me, I'd say work at your own leisure as to not burn out to quickly if you want to keep working on the comic project. Other than that, it seems we're going to learn something interesting next page.

yeah! we're getting there. this is sort of unrelated, but it is only now crossing my mind how little the kids actually know about hacker. do they ever even learn his backstory in the show? I think the only one who really talks about hacker's past is hacker himself. or maybe im forgetting something? what im getting at is, having another dimension might be a good chance to explore the backstories of all the characters, not just hacker (MB, Dr. M, etc). you know, eventually

They seem to be going for a 'health and fitness' motif which is...interesting. But in any case I'm watching it very closely; I doubt they'll do anything that messes with TS canon but they might do add something cool I could borrow into it down the line.Β

not really what i meant, but ok. i know this sounds cliche, but i miss the old episodes (season 1-5). sometimes it is just nostalgia, but in this case i don't think so. they are definitely looking to dumb it down and the absolute proof is that after the original buzz actor passed away, they replaced him with someone with a very high pitched squeaky voice and altered his personality quite a bit to be more like delete's. hacker also is much less intimidating. im sure you've noticed it so i won't bother to explain more.

I think it's possible that they don't actually know anything about Hacker's backstory. It's never openly discussed in their presence in any of the episodes. And you're right; another universe might bring up a talking point because many of the characters will have different backstories (heck; maybe even the main trio's counterparts mentioned in the original poster will have completely different lives) or they might have backstories that parallel up to a point and then change dramatically, leading to theories on what the differences are.
I'm actually interested in the possibility that Inter!Slider might be somewhat based on Traitor!Slider, a fanon invention based on the what if of "What if Slider had betrayed the gang in his first episode?" only with the "betrayal" being him doing the right thing and helping Patcher instead of working with the Enforcers.
