oh, and Vegeta doesn't mind being called 'Geta either since it's his mate after all. OH, I guess Vegeta does have a pet name. 'baka' but he says it with all the love in the world..and kakarott just smiles coz he knows that's his mate's way of being affectionate.

and yes, goku being the mama, he's gonna use Veg as a nickname since he's got two Vegetas and he has to differentiate the two. He honored Vegeta by naming his son Vegeta junior. That, and the fact that goku was so awe struck at the fact that he gave birth to a little mini geta it just made sense to name him Vegeta.
Vegeta calls his son 'Vegeta' respectfully but there are moments that Goku overhears his mate saying 'Veg' when Vegeta doesn't think anyone is listening, like when papa is tucking in the little one to bed at night or something... X3
