Hello everyone and welcome to the Cheebu species reference! They are a semi-open species (rare and epic traits cost points/PayPal! Common/uncommon traits are free) created by Error7o7 a while back but were transferred to me! **IF YOU MAKE A CHEEBU, TAG ME. DO NOT MENTION ERROR7O7!! SHE IS NO LONGER A PART OF THIS SPECIES**

This is the STANDARD species guide, meaning there are more traits to be discovered! I didn't even mention unlisted traits, because they're... well, unlisted. xD

There will also be a reference for beast traits. These are traits that need to be earned, and when you acquire all beast traits, your standard Cheebu turns into a beast Cheebu! Beast Cheebus are similar to werewolves in comparison. But that is all coming soon! And for now, this is all there is. <3

Common

Ears- Pointed and Droopy

Normally Cheebus have ears that point upright or ears that point downward.
It's very common for them and some find having downward ears quite cute.

Tails- Normal

(Wolf, Dog, Cat, Fox, Snake, Alligator)

Since Cheebus are non-animal creatures they like to give themselves animal features!
Their tails can be just about any kind of animal tail depending on their style and living area.

Hair and Eyes-

Short hair-

Not all Cheebus have to have hair; but some do like to use their magic to grow hair.
It starts off very short but with more skilled magic they

ELEMENTS

Elemental Cheebus are very common in Cheebuverse. They are seen all over! Whether it be fire, water, grass or thunder. Magical elemental Cheebus are a different story. They are quite rarely seen and are the most powerful of all the elements.

Some Cheebus are more simple though. And don't possess an element at all! These Cheebus are considered "normies" by the rest of their kind.

Cheebu Lore/ElementsCheebus are chibi plump like magical creatures skilled in various elements of magic and witchcraft.

In a small village where life was barely known a young magical creature called a Cheebu, dubbed by the humans; lived among her animal friends while using whatever items they gave her to create various magic spells in which she kept a record of in her special book. It told of every single spell she had created and listed the materials needed to create each spell; she used it a lot and to her advantage the humans allowed her to use their materials as well.
The Cheebu was thankful and grateful that they were so kind to her so in return she used every single material she could find to make her most powerful spell; one that would ensure she'd never be lonely and would help her species grow. Using the spell and materials along with her own DNA she turned the human village into

TRAIT PRICES

As I've said before, making a Cheebu is free as long as you use common/uncommon traits!

However, if you'd like to give your Cheebu that little something extra to make it stand out, maybe you could consider buying a rare or epic trait? Maybe even two if you'd like!

1 rare trait of your choice costs 200 points or $2 through PayPal~
1 epic trait of your choice costs 500 points or $5 through PayPal~

If you're interested, feel free to ask to buy a trait and I'll give you permission to use it on your Cheebu!
It would be greatly appreciated, because you'd be helping support the species as well!

RULES

1. Please do not make a magical elemental Cheebu. These can only be obtained through adopts.
2. Do not add a unicorn horn to your Cheebu if you buy horns! The unicorn trait is for Cheebuverse admins only.
3. Please submit all Cheebu-related deviations to our group! It's not required but definitely preferred.
4. My species are FOREVER open. I will never make them closed or own a closed species. Creative freedom for all!
5. No need to ask me, you are 100% free to make your own.
6. When you're done designing your Cheebu, show it to me for approval!
7. Do not make adopts of this species! Only admins can design adopts/customs.
8. You can sell/trade/gift your Cheebu if you no longer want it. Just notify me so I can update the master list.
9. No food-themed Cheebus!! Food-themed characters are everywhere and I don't want Cheebus involved...
