If you take a look at this photo, you may ask yourself, "Is this man meant to be Darth Vader?", with the answer being yes! This fanart image was made by Reddit user Doctor-Zesty and it mainly shows what Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker would have looked like long after he killed both Obi-Wan Kenobi and Emperor Palpatine on Mustafar(Based on the alternate ending for the Revenge of the Sith game) and Emperor Vader here just looks very strong in the Dark Side. I really like how Emperor Vader's design incorporates elements from both Anakin and Vader's attire over the course of the original and prequel eras. I also appreciate how Vader's face looks less like Hayden Christensen(No offense) and more like the late, great Sebastian Shaw(Who played Anakin in Return of the Jedi). This actually would show Emperor Vader 19 years after Revenge of the Sith(0 BBY/ABY).

As a backstory for this version of Vader, I based it off a fanmade story on the Ideas Wiki on Fandom that explains what would happen if Anakin killed both Obi-Wan and Palpatine during the events of Revenge of the Sith. The story starts off with Anakin killing Obi-Wan after a deadly duel on Mustafar, which in turn results in Anakin killing Palpatine with his new Sith lightsaber, declaring himself Emperor of the galaxy. Although Palpatine curses Anakin and his bloodline by saying he will be the downfall of the Sith, Anakin becomes Emperor Vader, turning the Galactic Empire into the Skywalker Empire and renaming the Death Star the "Doom Comet". Aside from countless Imperial fleets, Clone Stormtroopers, and the full power of the dark side, Vader also has some very deadly lieutenants by his side. While Grand Moff Tarkin and Grand Admiral Thrawn are his greatest allies in the Skywalker Empire, Boba Fett is Emperor Vader's top assassin and bounty hunter, as Fett never fails a mission and works exceptionally well for Vader, completing his missions in exchange for more Clone Stormtrooper armies for the Skywalker Empire. Vader also used biotechnology to regrow the arm he lost to Dooku in Attack of the Clones, thus he learned how to use force lightning in the process. When he is not conquering star systems for the Skywalker Empire or killing the surviving Jedi, Vader also learned to reach his full potential in the force by making visits to the Sith homeworlds of Korriban, Ziost, and Dromund Kaas, gaining secrets from every Sith Lord who came before him(Ajunta Pall, Naga Sadow, Darth Andeddu, Freedon Nadd, Exar Kun, Darth Vitiate, Darth Revan, Darth Malak, Darth Sion, Darth Traya, Darth Nihilus, Darth Malgus, Darth Marr, Darth Ruin, Darth Bane, Darth Zannah, Darth Cognus, Darth Tenebrous, Darth Plagueis, Darth Sidious, Darth Maul, and Darth Tyranus).

Another question you may be asking yourself is, what happened to Padme and her children? The link to the Revenge of the Sith story explains that while Vader learned that she died, it was not the case, as her security guards, Artoo, and Threepio evacuated her as Anakin killed both Obi-Wan and Palpatine. This resulted in Padme surviving after giving birth to Luke and Leia, but Padme herself went into exile on Bespin for failing to bring her husband back to the light. This in turn results in Luke being adopted by Bail Organa on Alderaan while Leia lives with Anakin's stepfamily on Tatooine(A drastic role reversal from the original films), while Yoda watches over her as her guardian and Jedi Master. This means that while this story starts with an alternate ending for Revenge of the Sith, it then turns into an alternate take on A New Hope.
