I wuv it, I seriously do. It's absolutely amazing and fantastic and oh my goodness, thank you very, very much, you're amazing and I'm going to blabber like this for just a few more words, 'cause I'm so stricken I can't find my mind...
Alright, I'm good now. I have only one question, because it's very clear in general, but--is it just me or have you not once used Ctrl+Z there? I saw you erase the reflection, but apart from that you didn't seem to make any move that you'd consider a mistake. It that were so, would you say everybody should speedpaint like that? Don't erase, try to incorporate your mistakes or paint them over at most?
Also, please, what hardness are your brushes set to, and opacity? Do you vary in those much?

This is hands down the BEST tutorial i have ever seen.
Ive been searching for a while for something like this to cover the basics/process of digital painting and environment "speedpaints".
I LOVE your approach of taking things from "Tto prahe top down" and working from a distance to practically trick yourself into not fixating on tiny details.Β
Awesome stuff! Thank you and im even more eager to continue painting away on my backgrounds c:

Just be calm kay? Doesn't like the sound of Elobrate people with that amount of detail in one comment e.e Its disturbing and I get long detailed things to do for my group I need to draw all 116 WATCHERS
Β 96 MEMBERS in 4 WEEKS! How am I meant to do that!
-Sorry for the elobrate Detail Just.. Admin lost my password so I cant log off until he knows.

Im sooo jelly. How did it take u 21 minutes? Ill just leave it to the pros...Β
But I'm also curious on how u rotated the brush, the leaf brush has varying sizes and are sometimes diagonal and horizontal...

That was a great in-depth tutorial and really gave me some ideas on how to start things, when it comes to digital painting. Thank you for that.
Regarding the scene itself: It looks very nice, but something was off in it the entire time in my opinion and I just couldn't figure out what was bothering me. In the end I realized what it was: the big bush in the background. It simply doesn't fit well, because it doesn't make much sense. The bush is almost as tall as the trees around it and that's not something you would expect from a bush

There are bushes that are pretty big... so in my opinion it's realistic.
