One of the keys to accuracy is a free floating barrel. Doesn't look like you've got that here.

Yeah. If you look closely, that rifle also uses a free floating barrel. After the chamber it never touches the rest of the frame. That assures that the vibrations the gun creates when fired will always be consistent, therefore creating a more a much more predictable bullet trajectory.
