2008 caption:
What with the new movie coming out I've been inspired by Trek a bit. I was thinking the other day about the original Klingons and how they basically looked human because back then they didn't have the money or the makeup tech to do a full on alien. The series later came up with an excuse for that - apparently the Klingons had caught a human virus that made them look human. Ok then.
Anyways I got to thinking about what a "humanised" Klingon would really look like. I like playing this game where I assume that a TV series or movie is like a true legend that has been distorted over the centuries, and then I try to dream up what it would "really" have been like. I think of the new BSG series in that way regarding the old one.

Excellent armor design. I didn't really understand the TNG armor, this armor looks like it would be worn by a real warrior.

i've wondered alot about what take the new movie will have regarding Klingons,but i think if they look anything like this then we have nothing to worry about
