Phew! I started this at midnight and ended up falling asleep halfway...This was a request from a friend over 3 years ago that I had completely forgotten about. She reminded me recently and it was the perfect chance to karate-chop my artist's block, hi-yaaa!
She plays violin btw...

When I saw the drawing I immediatley though " A lady with the violin...playing to the sea ...oho oho ohhhhh" And the I read the commente and I found I was right!

I had the tickets for the concert too. But my "lovely friends" said they wont come the day before the concert. So I couldn't go...

That happened to me, I had two tickets and the other person couldn't make it...and the concert was in another city and I had booked my flight for it. I gave it to another friend and we went together, phew! ANYTHING FOR NIGHTWISH

Great work on the fin, the transparent effect probably wasn't easy to achieve. I KIND of would've liked to see it without the solid black line at the end of the fin, but thats a minor thing.
