A weird question, but can youΒ describe his head shape

old work, but I think the idea was that the shape of his head is result of some sort of mutation that happened because of experiments that were performed on him. Metal wire tings were 'glued' into the skin and the hook thing is used for stabbing stuff. But other than that the shape of the head doesn't really have any specific purpose.Β

This is a pretty thought-provoking character design. I'd love to read about what kind of an environment it lives in, how it walks around on such tiny little feet, how it sees, etc.
Beautiful drawing too. I'm glad we get to see the sketch and the painting. They both have nice qualities but I'm very drawn to the sketch itself. So delicate and dynamic <3

well, he is actually a jumper. he doesn't really walk, always runs/ jumps, or if he needs to rest - crouches or lays down for a while.
he can't stand on two feet for too long or straight, he can't hold his balance, unless he his crouching. That's why he is always fast and running, that way he can hold his balance.
he has no eyes, they've been removed, so his other senses improved. senses like scent, hearing, feeling the atmosphere and everything what is around him. just like humans can recognize what they are touching with their finger tips, without looking at it, so his whole body is like that- extremely sensitive. except he senses everything through air and sounds.
you can find him on the rooftops, high in the trees or other high areas. he attacks by jumping on his pray and hacking it with his face beak.

Wow, I was getting depressed perusing this site looking for some really original work but not finding much, then I saw this. Totally in the vein of what I like. AWESOME

looks like the particular anciant alien which came down to earth at "young age" (to the inkas maybe) and is celebrated as the "star bringer", "priest of the space" - bringing his religion in some sort of missionary mission to all planets....by killing every single person in dark rituals devouring their bodys at full life (with his beak)and smashing the organs to a soup and drinking them while the victim has to watch this with the last breaths....
