Extract it using 7-zip or any other file archiving software and you'll get the boot screen file.

See in the right panel of the Website, above the Heading More From Vishal-Gupta. You will see a a green arrow positioning downward. Beside the arrow, there is a text written as Download in blue colour. Click on it and it will successfully download the file...
