just a question: have you textured the terragen-surface or is it just one color?!

the terragen at the bottom is textured yes but while I was makin I change some of the lightings around so it was all mostley orenge and then some in PS to mix the colors together better

Woahhh man, one of the best deviations ive seen from you yet!!

Starfield:
Seems a little blurred, that goes with the dreamy affect which is nice,
it has some great variation aswell.
However, the mulicoloured'ness is a little odd,
perhaps make it fit with the colour scheme that the rest of the picture follows.
But quite a nice starfield

Planets:
Is what i can say at first thoughts man!
The large planets texture is just insane!
& it has a very beautiful glow,
its also clever how it looks like the clouds are floating at the top of the atmosphere, (as we can see them peeking at the planets glow crescent)
Truly a most impressive planet if i ever saw one.
The small planet is wonderful too!
Not sure if its a duplicate, but it has a nice similiar feel without the cheap cloned feel of the larger one,
it seems unique, even if it was duplicated.
It also has a warm beautiful glow aswell!
& the textures are lovely & crisp,
stunning man!

Terrain Render:
A nice render, with a rocky surface,
it also has a similiar 'story' like the large planets overhead,
As they look like rocky planets, this render looks like a rocky planetscape!
& it fits in well with the colour scheme,
the clouds have nice soft formations,
& one of the best transitions to space i have seen in a while, it flows without error

Composition:
Seems fairly unique with the placement of things,
& everything have been placed with a linking feel,
all flows nicely,
great job!

Overall:
Overall a most impressive celestial image with vibrant colours & great flow, Awesome job!

Whoa!

Now that what I call a Comment!

Lol...ThanX!

The moon is a different texture from the red planet, so it does have that uniqueness to it...

Im very glad that ya likes and to even give such a great comment too!

wish i could have fun and end up with that! looking good, nice work there dude! my only crit would be, if you wanted the touch of realism, wouldnt those asteroids be falling into the atmophere if they were that big/close, but i suppose you could say this was a poster you you dont mind so anything goes! great work there, fantastic!

vissroid In reply to Snedex [2004-08-09 23:21:03 +0000 UTC]

lol...no worries...My excuse was that the moon your lookin from is very small and the asteroid belt/rings deal is quite large with the red planet...lol

At least that what I thinks...to why they dont burn up in the atmosphere of the moon

Glad ya likes
