EDIT: Fixed a few details and adjusted the color balance.This did not turn out anything near what I wanted or originally aimed to achieve, although I did end up getting a lot of practice with painting hands and arms + confusing my light sources.
Moral: Be more concise with brushstrokes. Once you start laboring over something, the picture is doomed.
