Now everyone can do what I do!Yes. So. Here is a version of the application I use to generate ideas for my pictures. I've made it modifiable for you, too--just open it with Notepad and change what is inside of the quotation marks.
Example:
if (a == 0)
character1 = "insert character";
Change the words "insert character" to what you want.
I've provided examples for the verbs, objects, locations, and colors, which you can change as well. Contact me if you don't know JavaScript and want to add something to one of the categories, and I'll help you.

I can't change what this thing says. I changed the code, I did everything, but I can't get it to work. It keeps saying "insert character" and the other things you put. I have the code saved to Notepad. I completely edited it. But nothing's changing. How come?!

I just downloaded it, but I ownly have 16 characters and I keep getting and "insert character" in the description. How do I fix it so it's JUST of my 16 characters?

after you've downloaded it, right click and hit "view source." scroll down until you find where it says insert character a bunch of times and edit those to be the names of your characters. if you make it so there are only sixteen possibilities, make sure to find where else it should say 16 in the code. good luck and let me know if you need more help!

Download it, and then open it. Right click it and click on View Source. From there, you should be able to edit anything that looks like this:
if (a == 0)
character1 = "insert character";
...to whatever you want it to be.

I'm supposed to click 'download to desktop' right? 'Cause if that's what you do then I'm not getting it downloaded to my desktop. I get this link: [link] And I can't do anything with the code and such.

Try right clicking and pressing Save As. Sometimes that works better.

*snicker* Oooh, that's funny. I actually know (to some extent) both of those characters...quite amusing. Ahehehe. Ahhh...well, occasionally it produces good ideas, too. Maybe someone who downloads it will come up with a good picture... ^.^

Actually, one time when Cy and I were messing with it, it gave us near exactly a scene that'll occur at one point. That was incredibly freaky.

Yep! It's actually a slightly older code that I wrote about a year ago, but as I was modifying it to fit what I wanted (recently), JavaScript started coming back to me. Have you tried it? It's really fun! ^.^

Now that I've figured out how it works, this is kinda fun.
Although, to be honest, right now I'm mostly using it to see how many completely ludicrous scenes I can generate... I haven't actually tried to work a picture from one of the prompts. Yet.

It can be quite amusing. Such as, "swimming on some rocks". Not sure how that works, but okay.
