Why is it when I try to move my layers into each other the colors look like mush? (I'm mean flattening btw.)

different layers have different settings. flattening layers of different settings mess up how they appear. it's like that for every program

To copy the quarter to make the rest you're going to have to copy every single layer
to make this process super easy and fast put the quarter of the firework all in one folder then copy the folder and rotate everything
yeah it might take some time but that is the fastest way that comes to mind
