Such a long time just drawing the few features of the face... and I was tired of the pic. But -surprise!- I did it !!! Yeah!! For once I drew a teen Snape who doesn't look too old! *Dances*

the marauders (the 3 actually) are cool, but i kind of hate them here, esp. james! yet they give so much emphasis on snape. i guess that's where snape's beauty really lies.
i love snape's expression. he's like fighting by not fighting: the way he stares at james straight in the eyes, but lets james poke his wand on him.
basically, i just love this work!

yes! I thought after so many attempts I will never manage to draw a simple teen face of my unhappy life, lol! And I did like you said me - I studied teen faces on google etc...But anyways, once I tried by myself - and I got an older face. Grrr...

Hands...Another nightmare indeed ! A simple hand requires a long time and patience - and I'm not patient ! Drawings are helping me indeed - sometimes I can stay in front of PS for hours... but sometimes I just post my unfinished pics because I just can't have the patience of improvement... And hands remain just hidden, etc...*sighes*

Awesome! Practice does make perfect, even if it's infuriating beyond belief. LOL

Yeah it's easy to hide hands instead of trying to draw the stupid things. LOL I look at my own hands a lot. I hold things or put them in the required positions. I must be a strange sight when I draw.

My biggest problem used to be making them too small. now I make them too big half the time!

You nailed him yet again, Bea!!! In here, Snape's everything a bullied Snape stands for. He looks angry and knows that 4 against one is a bit hard on him, so "maybe next time..."

I don't know if it's fanon or canon, but Remus... I hate him for knowing it was wrong and doing nothing. argh!!!

By the way, in portuguese they translated most of the names as well. I don't remember all of them, cause I only read the first two in portuguese and then I was out of the country, so I don't know, really. BUT I remember that James was Thiago (??????????? WTF!!!) and Severus Snape was Severo Snape. Oh well... I don't know if you agree, but the first thing I learned when studying my first foreign language was that you don't translate names. AT ALL!!!

Remus couldn't be perfect! He is a Marauder. A Marauder can't be perfect ! . Seriously, in DH we read how he gets his own redemption - he learns finally how to defeat his own fears. Good werewolf indeed. His cowardice is quite understandable and forgivable for me. He always had suffered from his lycanthropy, was accountable and grateful to the Marauders for their friendship and even if he understood they were sometimes wrong, he certainly was impressed and too shy in front of his own friends. Remember, in PoA he's shy even in front of Severus *so cute*. I'm quite sure that James and Sirius wouldn't have listened to him anyway. I don't hate him at all for it. On the contrary - he's in my eyes human and credible for it. I can feel his sufferings. *in love with the werewolf*

THIAGO ???? Aaargh. SEVERO ??? My God, they don't need to look like portuguese or spanish or egyptian or chinese boys!!! We do know they live in England!...

Wow, this is perfect. He looks about 15 here, and perfectly his age. There is something in his face that breaks my heart. So beaten down, but also not defeated, rather angry, bitter, inwardly plotting his revenge.
