Description
Reworking on one face. Random snapshots, in case you are interested in such things. This is what happens to me all the time: I don't finish my works because I spend hours, playing on faces.(For the scrapbook. This is not a project of animation.)

Black haired guy that's second last in my avatar from the movies Thor and The Avengers. Looks like what I suppose Snape and Lily's kid would look like if Snape had his way. Except he has the Lord Voldemort power hunger type thing

Btw - I'm finally on Pottermore. I'm liking it so far. I'm hoping for some new SS-centric content when the other books are published there, but I have a gut feeling that lesser-known characters will be given preference.

Each variant has its own delight - I love that all these facets can be seen. This is a wonderful way to capture his mutability ... We often think of him as fixed, stubborn, steadfast, but this captures that quality in him that is varied and ever-changing ... what is the same and what evolves.

I think the final image is finished, love the glittering eyes with the addition of red, and the vibrant palette you used here. Very attractive Snape, and the eyes are superbly expressive.

The pb at the moment is that I need a different angle for my project. You see, this angle [link] would be better (his attention must be entirely drawn to the bottom left corner and then his face and body, logically, must be turned as well). Also, I easily can make him look older from this point - older Snape is easier to capture for me. But I want a teenager and here he is still too old. So, I'm afraid I'm good for starting from scratch again.

He can, of course. The point is that he is supposed to watch attentively something in process and obviously, I cannot put it right in front of his nose. Usually, you don't keep a watch out of the corner of one's eye like that if you can turned your face and body entirely. He is spying, okay, but nothing justifies why his face and body would be going to the right that way. Well, yes, I suppose I can keep it for something else, again. *sigh*

Honestly, I was thinking of you. I thought : "if one person, apart me, is interested in unfinished snapshots, it would be Esper. So let's post it."...I feel quite lonely behind my screen when I draw and see all the different potential directions a painting can take, and all that ending up into the trash (or the abysses of my computer memory).
