This is exactly what I was looking for, granted I suck at sewing but I want to learn to make them nonetheless. Do you happen to have a video tutorial?

Will this pattern still work if you forgot to cut with seam allowance?

Just finished making this, what a brilliant tutorial, it turned out way better than expected even with my mistakes! Going to try all your patterns! So proud that you're South African too

Thank you so so so so much for having these pattern and tutotirals. I'm a beginner at sewing plush. And my 4yr and 2 yr wants one made by me. So It's nice to start off with something small. Then I'll try to advance to the bigger ponies..lol. wish me luck..

Aw, that's sweet! I still have the yarn kitten my mom made me when I was little, and the quilt my grandmother made (it has Smurfs!). I'm sure they'll treasure what you make.

Thank you so much for making and sharing such an awesome pattern and tutorial <3
I'm not super good at sewing, and I didn't really have enough materials, but I gave it my best and this is what I made :3 <3 fav.me/d74t9xa
Really good tutorial and pattern, hopefully when I get some more materials I can follow all the way through and do even better. Thank you, really <3

Possibly! One person made a giant cat version of my pony loaf pattern, it was awesome.

Actually, I just finished the pattern, it's not exact, but I'll fix it. The pony is gonna be Halloween Themed, shes orange with a black mane.

Defiantly gonna do this! Thanks!
One Question though, What fabric would you recommend I use out of what I have?
Fleece, Felt, And Cotton.

Definitely fleece! Felt, especially craft felt, will show stitches and cotton is a woven material with no stretch to it. Fleece will plump out nicely when you stuff it, and the fuzzy surface hides stitches.

I have a sewing machine and I like using it, but for something so small, would it be easier to hand-sew it?

It's definitely easier to hand sew it, in my opinion.
