For a retro-styled universe of mine

A soldier of the infamous Red Army's elite Ballistic Mobility Special Forces, these men are living pieces of rocket artillery to whom the supremacy of the Soviet Communist Party is paramount, these men will not think for a second before strapping themselves to large rocket motors and being launched away via huge catapults in waves as if they were rocket artillery, flying through the air at hundreds of miles per hour with waverless dedication.

Once they have reached their objective, oftentimes many miles behind enemy lines and directly above critical logistics installations, artillery yards or command posts and flipping in mid-air through a dangerous maneuver, these men activate their retro-boosters for a soft landing, after which they unleash destruction upon the enemmies of the Soviet Socialist Republics in equal parts through their belt-fed machinepistols, explosive charges and their utter lack of mercy to whoever foolishly dares to stand in the path of the Red Army.
