Haha, why not? In Oblivion, you got a Scroll with which you could summon Rufio's ghost... I mean, summoning ghosts is no biggie. And Lucien was an awesome character. I'm glad he can be summoned several times in Skyrim. Although I find it strange that he yet haven't "descended into all-consuming posthumous ghost-insanity*"...

As I said... I was kind of disspointed when I "met" Lucien. I was almost expecting him to make silly gay comments and lots of references to the other members of the Black Hand, thanks to you.
What I liked the most was the reference to him being a "legendary" assassin. Don't see how he can be legendary, given the end of his career.
I SAY! We must see a mod introducing the ghosts of the other members of the Black Hand! To allow Lula to continue playing cards!
