Description Finished this personal piece today.

This is a Tribal Orc Leader rallying his fellow hunters as they prepare for another big hunt.

I first created a basic sculpt in Zbrush with basic polypainting. Most of the work was digitally painting and airbrushing the details in Photoshop with a bit of Photo Collage techniques to help guide the the painting.

Impressive! In the era of orcs concepts derived from World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings, it's amazing that you could come with a very original orc concept that is still made of simple anatomy (no fancy exaggerations, horns and other decorations). His eyes are so expressive.

I love creatures such orcs, goblins and trolls but if possible I try to
capture them in their purestΒ and anything I add serves only toΒ 
complement/supplement them, notΒ to overpower them.Β

First of all thank you I truly appreciate the kind words.Β 
Yeah most of the work was done in Photoshop but, it started
out as a simple sculpt in zbrush which I then painted all the details
and other subtleties in Photoshop.
