My latest Windowblinds skin 'Concept LCD' is finished! The first theme I ever wanted to do was a green LCD theme, well, I never got around to it until now. I thought it was finally time for me to knock this one out.This is really just my concept of how I wanted an LCD theme to look as a Windows interface.
Matching skins and wallpapers with be uploaded on Wincustomize.com as they are ready and I'd like to thank all those who helped me test this skin.
Designed for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 and recolors very well.

some suggestions:
- caption button with dark color as the frame caption and turn to green lcd when hover & pressed.
- scrollbarr background on gray
- adress & search box in explorer with gray or white background.
