A site called Doodle or Die. Basically it's a place with different rooms dedicated to different topics. In them, there's a telephone game-like series of drawings and descriptions of those drawings.

Yeah- drawing something other than the description and not describing the drawing is referred to as chain breaking. It's frowned upon in other rooms, but having a dedicated room for it acts as a relief valve and makes it less likely to happen in other places.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but the paint tool in DoD isn't very robust. All you get is 16 colors, different brush sizes, no layers, and unlimited undos. If they look kinda the same then that's why.
