The reason why I hate this show is because it was cruel, stupid and most all a ouch to the face for everything the franchise stood for.
I'm not going to act like Scooby Doo is a masterpiece of western animation. But when it did something right it did something right. That's why Scooby Doo has lasted, it's more adult than THIS show gives it credit for. It respected both kids and adults.
Even the previous incarnation What's New wasn't good, but in the long run, as a Scooby Doo show, it's harmless. This one tries to be more "adult" which in reality is just as immature and childish. And to top it off it's just full of popular trends that's going to be dated down the line.
If your one of those who thinks this is funny entertainment, go ahead. But just wait

I'll say this:
I'm not saying MI was a bad show. It's just that watching the other incarnations and seeing how much entertaining and intriguing they were.
Compare it to MI where our characters and just about everything in this show acts very unlikable just for a cheap gag or a silly plot device.
While Daphne and Shaggy were under the hallucinations of the gas, it was still an act of misconduct and wildly out of character. I guess it pisses me off that they would even put a gag like this in Scooby Doo.
It's okay to like it. But around time, those jokes will start to lose its focus as all what people like in it will age with time.

I guess in the long run, MI ment well and wanted to go the adult route. But it tried too hard and ended up making something ugly and mean spirited. Sure many people are praising it now, but as time goes by, you'll notice that the jokes and plot devices down add up in the long run.
I can see a good Scooby Doo cartoon trying to get out. It can be for both adults and kids. And while this one tried, it really didn't and it shows when you watch the other incarnations. (Past and current)
