Description
Now Gilda here is a subject I'd like to categorize as a misunderstood individual. Personally I don't hate or dislike her, if anything I'd like to know more about her and hopefully more will be explain in season 2As for the art, just a little practice with the light and shadow and since I never draw Gilda before so here it is.

I wouldn't say "misunderstood." I'd say "fell in with the wrong crowd and made some bad decisions." I hardly think she's irredeemable, but there's no justification for her actions in the middle of "Griffon the Brush Off."

I can imagine if its Pinkie Pie that ends up in a
group of Griffon with ending much like Gilda,
probably even worst haha.
We all agree that her action is wrong but I'd like
to give a second chance for her to make it up for
everything in season 2 *cross fingers*
Why? 'cause I'm sure everyone had experienced such
situation where they realize they're being such a
douche and want to undo that mistake. Hence why
I make this art.

Gilda looks great. ^^ I love the shading. Way past cool. I don't hate Gilda, she's a cool character, but needs an attitude adjustment. XD Scaring Granny Smith and Fluttershy was uncool.
Though you can't blame her for wanting to spend quality time Rainbow Dash. I think few of us would wanna pass that opportunity up. XD

Yep, what she did is not cool and only by understanding
a person can you see the reason why they act the way

I think we can trust the writing staff enough to develop the minor characters from season 1. There's no way they'd let characters like Gilda, Trixie, Zecora, etc. go by without further characterization.
