Yeah, normal ponies do not show up and introduce themselves in the hospital rooms of those they are wanted for almost killing. And the abnormal ones who do it usually do it out of some personal code that compels them to tell their victims something before they finish the job.

It pretty much just means how Ruby published it. Public means that everybody can see it.
Private means nobody can see it but it's still part of the story so I made it.
There will be an internal category too. That's only for ponies that are working with her.
Something that wasn't yet really addressed because it's a part that comes into play later.
