Description
Deb and I drove 50km out to Silver Islet last evening to catch the sunset on the mist ... we weren't disappointed!I found an ice-cave under a rock along the shoreline and climbed right in. (I can't resist a good ice-cave as some of you know
The low sun was shining through the ice and it was very beautiful in there... like some other world separated from the cold winds outside.
I held my breath because the mist from it was spoiling this hand-held shot

These look kind of unreal. o-o I think it might be the rough texture of the icicles. Where's the light coming from? ... Wait, the light's coming from outside. So where're you taking the picture from? o-o Seems like it might be icicles hanging of some kind of a ledge. The yellow lighting does look better than if you were to take it during midday, when the light becomes whitish... The icicles look like solid honey.
