Abandoned house near Kirkenes, Norway. I had to stop by and have a shot. The title is Norwegian for 'Forgotten Home in black and white' for this house too has been a home for someone sometimes.
HDR of 5 shots; -2 to +2 EV, handheld.

Another beautiful photo, the black and white version is simple stunning.

I couldn't make a decision which version is better: black&white or in colour... Finally I decided that the bw rendition better conveys the atmosphere of this place: derelict cottage, lost in the forest, heavy, dark clouds in the sky and the overwhelming feeling that something ominous is hovering in the air... I really like this picture, for me it's quite emotional.

This house looks VERY similar to an abandoned house here in Northern Ontario. I THOUGHT I had a photo of it, but I don't... very nice though.
